Make no mistake, we’re already in an emergency.
With the worsening impacts of climate change, our friends and family in communities across our province are increasingly at risk. Our beloved parks, communities, vacation spots, businesses, and valuable resources are all — quite literally — in the line of fire.
The experts are telling us that the old approaches will no longer work.
It’s time we listen.
It’s time for a new definition of success for wildfire mitigation.
